The mission of the Boulder City Police Department's Traffic Safety Section is to improve safety through traffic law enforcement and education. To develop strategies that will most effectively increase traffic safety for the citizens of Boulder City, the Traffic Safety Section is constantly evaluating traffic collision reports, complaints and comments by our citizens, and road engineering problems. Some of our strategies include, but are not limited to, traffic checkpoints, public education, and special enforcement.
Community involvement is crucial to identifying traffic problems and violations. Citizens can notify the BCPD of a traffic complaint or problem by clicking on the link located at the bottom of this page. All submissions will be assigned to an officer for additional follow-up and assessment.
If you would like a traffic officer to participate in a community event, contact Sgt. Glenn at (702) 293-9235.
