Boulder City Hospital Seeks Community Input

Boulder City Hospital invites you to participate in an on-line survey of local residents that will be used by Hospital Administration and the Board of Directors to assess community health needs here in Boulder City.

As a not-for-profit hospital, Boulder City Hospital is required by federal law to undertake a community health needs assessment every three years.  The hospital is also required to develop a community health improvement plan based on the results of the survey and a community-wide assessment of health care needs.

Thus, the overall purpose of this survey is to improve health care services in our community by asking you a few questions about your use of health services, community health care needs, and the quality of health care in Boulder City.

The on-line survey can be accessed at the following link:

The survey will remain open until December 7 and should take more than 8 to 10 minutes to complete. All individual responses will be kept strictly confidential and all of the results of the survey will be presented in aggregated form and posted on the hospital website in December 2018

If you have any questions about this survey or the community health needs assessment coordinated by the Office of Statewide Initiatives at the UNR School of Medicine, please contact Dr. John Packham at 775-784-1235 or,  or Rebecca Ricksecker at Boulder City Hospital 702-293-4111 or

Thank you for participating in this community health needs assessment survey!
