The Boulder City Council recently approved four (4) questions for consideration by the voters at the 2010 General Election in November:

 R5524 - Wind Energy in the EVTA
 R5521 - Expenditures from CIF for the Fire and Police Vehicles
 R5522 - Residential Land Sale
 R5523 - Commercial Land Sale
 Question 8 - Election of City Attorney Statement of Financial Effect
 Question 9 - Golf Course Statement of Financial Effect
 Question 10 - Debt Obligation Statement of Financial Effect
 Question 11 - Term Limits Statement of Financial Effect

Three proposed Charter amendments that passed during the 2009 General Municipal Election will also be included on the 2010 General Election ballot for final approval.
