The rates above apply to all alternating current, 60 hertz, single phase or three phase electric service with a demand of less than 300 kilowatts. For larger commercial service rates, please call the Utility Office at 293-9244.
Monthly Commercial Water Rates

Potable Water Rates

$1.40 per 1,000 gallons
60,001 to 550,000 gallons per month
$1.76 per 1,000 gallons

$2.02 per 1,000 gallons
Raw Water Rates
First 60,000 gallons per month
$1.16 per 1,000 gallons

Commercial Sewer Rates
Commercial Sewer Rates are 65% of water consumption, with a minimum of $9.65 per month.
Maximum charge shall not exceed 65% of the average water use charge during the months of December, January and February and is set annually.
Special contract rates may be negotiated with the City for sewer rental service to commercial enterprises, which dispost of substantial quantities of water and are non-contributory to the sewage load.
The City requires a deposit in an amount sufficient to cover the estimated billings for a two-month period for all new commercial accounts.
Deposits on commercial accounts shall be refunded after two years of good payment history.
The deposit is waived for applicants who have had service within the last five years in Boulder City with unimpaired credit, as determined by the City.
