The City of Boulder City is now taking applications of interest for parcels to be included in the City's Land Management Plan. The Land Management Plan (or "LMP") is a planning and policy document to assist the City Council in managing the city's property. This includes identifying parcels to lease (and in limited situations to sell) for future development. Examples of past LMP entries include the various solar energy developments.
