Paying Your Bill Online

Late Fees are 5% of any unpaid balance on a bill.  If you are disconnected for non-payment a $60 reconnection fee will be applied to the bill and all past due balances must be paid before service can be reconnected.  Reconnection of services can take up to 24 hours. We encourage anyone with past due balances to make payment arrangements with the Utility Billing office. However, failure to make payment arrangements or failure to comply with the terms of an arrangement will result in disconnection of services and all past due amounts must be paid. Also, if you fail to meet the terms of a payment arrangement, you will not be allowed to make future arrangements for 6 months.

A New Way to Pay Online!

The City of Boulder City has teamed with Paymentus to bring you our one-time quick payment portal. You will only need your customer number, account number, and your email address, which eliminates the need to register or login each time you would like to pay.

Pay Your Bill - (One time quick pay no login required)

If you want to login and manage your account, we still offer our Citizen Self Service option below:

Citizen Self Service - (Login to pay or manage account) Citizen Self Service allows citizens to manage their utility and general billing account(s) online. Some features of the site include:

Utility Bills are your water, electric, sewer and garbage (all combined into one bill)
