The deadline for the City to receive responses to this Notice is 6:00 pm Pacific time on Thursday, June 15, 2023. City staff will use the responses received by the deadline to prepare a Business Impact Statement that will be presented to the Boulder City, City Council at its June 23, 2023 regular meeting. City Council will consider the changes to electric, water, and wastewater rates at its July 11, 2023 regular meeting through agenda item no. XX. Agenda materials are available via Boulder City Agenda Online portal at https://bcnv.primegov.com/public/portal/ (location as of May 16, 2022).
