Billing System Software Glitch

Due to a software update recently installed by our billing software provider, Munis, we are experiencing a different issue that is preventing us from printing our bills this week. Munis support is working to correct this issue and hope to have it corrected by October 19, 2019. This month, consumers with a billing date of 10/16/19 (due date of 10/31/19) will receive bills in mail or via email later than anticipated. Customers can still see their new bill amounts and account balances on our citizen self-service website at https://bouldercity.munisselfservice.com. You can also get account balances over the phone 24/7 by calling 702-293-9244; select option 1. We will provide a seven-day grace period for late fees because of this delay.
