Starting in March, residents will be receiving a newly-formatted utility bill by DataProse. Almost one year ago, our printer/biller notified the City that they would no longer be printing the City Utility Bills and Mailers after March 2020. City Council approved the lowest-bid contract with Dataprose in October. One of the highlights of DataProse is that the bill provides a better breakdown of costs (see New for 2020: Bill Invoice Explained). The City mails about 8500 utility bills per month; we mailed about 102,000 bills in 2019.
