Volunteers Needed for Ballot Question Committee

BOULDER CITY - The City Clerk's Office is seeking volunteers to write the arguments advocating and opposing two ballot questions for the November 3, 2026 Municipal General Election. 

Question 1: "Should data center facilities be an approved land use within the Eldorado Valley Transfer Area outside of the Multi-species Habitat Conservation Easement?"

Question 2:  "Shall the City of Boulder City be authorized to expend available funds from the Capital Improvement Fund in an amount up to fifty percent (50%) of the most recent audited fiscal year's ending cash balance in the Capital Improvement Fund each year in place of the previously authorized amount of One Million ($1,000,000.00) per year for capital improvement projects for the benefit of Boulder City residents and visitors?"

Please complete a Volunteer Data Sheet and return it to the City Clerk's office at cityclerk@bcnv.org no later than March 30, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Forms are available at bcnv.org/ballotquestions or get one at:
