Several months of input and discussions with the community helped formulate Boulder City’s Strategic Plan. The plan developed in 2018 with the help of Management Partners, an organization with more than 25 years in government consulting. The City issued two surveys – one for residents, one for employees. Staff engaged with the public in four workshops. Two Council workshops were held to develop the Strategic Plan, and One staff workshop set forth the strategies to meet the goals. City Council approved the plan in December 2018. The plan is a document that sets the course for the City’s tactics for sustainability and economic resilience for the next five years. The Strategic Plan covers five years, 2020 through 2025.
